Orgnisation of Attachment: My Outlets

Dates of Attachment: 31/5/2016(Monday) to 04/6/2016(Friday)

Venue: Dependent on Outlets Interns are deployed. 

Mode of Transport: By Public Transport: 

Nature of Attachment: Students will be deployed as retail assistant and merchandiser

Further Instructions:

• Report every day at the appointed time. If you are ill and cannot report for Work Attachment, telephone both your Supervisor and the Teacher-Mentor (Mr Sunny Chan) to explain your absence.

• Obey ALL health and safety regulations at your place of work.

• Be suitably dressed for the work you do.

• Contact your teacher-mentor (Mr Sunny Chan) if you are unhappy with anything in the Work Atttachment* or when problems occur.

• Keep your journal up-to-date.

• At the end of your attachment, remember to thank all the people with whom you have worked.

• Have your parents complete the section entitled “Parent’s / Guardian’s Feedback” at the end of your attachment.
